Seehaus Raabe in Woerthsee

In our case we unfortunately left the restaurant after 20 minutes because despite (or maybe because of) the full house no service came to us. Top view.

A great place, outside and right on the water! The food is very good and the staff friendly.

A magical restaurant. The atmosphere is unique. So warm and cozy, but at the same time modern - and don't even start with the 180 degree view of the lake, directly on / above the water through the large windows. The music playing in the background was so nice too. Comfort factor 100 :-)

The tea and cake were delicious, the terrace right on the water is also beautiful. Only the service slept a bit yesterday, but maybe the colleague was still training. In any case, we will come more often.

Wonderful place right on the Wörthsee, with a parking lot in front of the restaurant, a terrace where you can take a seat. The coffee tastes wonderful :)

Delicious food with a large selection. Here we were allowed to eat outside when the weather was nice and eat their delicious burgers. The pasta with truffles and the burger are recommended. The fries aren't the best, but you can swap the side dish if you want.

The place is awesome and beyond. Great lake view, the terrace is on the lake. The menu is not long but all the dishes that I tried were delicious. Better call to book a table since they are always busy.

Very nice ambience, right on the water. Super nice staff, very tasty Wiener Schnitzel and great drinks. Directly from the boat rental. Just perfect.

As a dog owner you are unfortunately asked to leave! Shame ... would have liked to have given a positive recession on the food and location. The hint that our dog is one of the loved ones was unfortunately not taken into account!

Lovely place.

We have already been to the Seehaus Raabe a few times and, due to the location, spontaneously decided to have breakfast there, even on my father's 55th. The restaurant already has a reputation for being extremely unfriendly. But I've never come across anything like this in my entire life ... after a little misunderstanding about the reservation, the person in charge of the seat instructions rounded up my little sister so much - actually insulted her so much that she couldn't stop crying. Apparently there is no need to be friendly to guests here. Words fail me with such behavior ... and one wonders what drives a person to approach a young girl without reason ... especially since it turned out to be one of the tenants personally ... sick !!!!

A very nice place to relax, look at the beautiful Wörthsee and have delicious food ? Attentive employees and hygiene measures are implemented in an exemplary manner - the distance ensures that you can relax. Recommended !! and a must for vacation.

Saturday around noon Nice. Wait 15 minutes at the entrance. Then say that without a reservation we can't get space for 2. (We wanted a cafe each) The waitress replies that around 3 large tables are completely free: Yes, the tables are free, but that would be too many guests for our kitchen. Thanks for nothing and you won't see me anymore.

Without a reservation we got a table for 1.5 hours at short notice. The location on the lake is just great. The service was good and accommodating. The food was delicious, but only lukewarm for my wife. Now comes the big but: For the very first time in Germany we had to pay a "coperto" / a "cover fee". The reason for this is actually listed: Loss of income due to the numerous Corona requirements such as minimum distance between tables, increased expenses due to disinfectants and masks, etc. etc. Well ... the restrictions are there for everyone. While a lot of restaurants - especially in less exposed locations (the Seehaus Raabe was jam-packed) - their prices partly Adjust downwards, you don't see any need here ... on the contrary. Most of the "things" needed for business operations are bought at the currently reduced VAT rate, which is not passed on to the guests! Perhaps, justifiably, funds were also drawn from emergency aid or short-time work benefits applied for ...... everything is correct and important, but the "coperto" leaves a bad impression. Speaking of "Corona": during the entire time we were visiting Seehaus Raabe, neither we nor other guests were asked to register! Since we come from another federal state, we were initially unsure whether the registration might not apply in Bavaria. For this important reason, we only award one star ... otherwise it would only be two stars. Conclusion: one day later we had an excellent meal in another restaurant called "Alter Wirt" not far from Seehaus Raabe, with great service and taking into account the entire coronavirus requirements. So go!

Great location, nice personal, had better Wiener Schnitzel here before. Might be suffering on high level but just want to mention it.

Very good food there and nice viewpoint of the lake

Friendly, fast, attractively priced, great location. There is no negative point with, hence five stars. You can expect a normal eatery, slightly higher standard, very pleasant.

When the sun glistens over the lake, there is nothing better than sitting at the lake house and enjoying the delicious food. Good kitchen. Super Service.

Nice, friendly service. We can recommend cappuccino and Seehaus lemonade. Very nice seats right on the lake and in the sun.

Great food. Good coffee. But the sunset from here can't be beat.

Great view on the lake from the open terrace. If there is cool or rainy weather it is very nice ambiance inside with the chimney and big panoramic windows. Menu offered not very big variety of main dishes but I liked everything I ordered. Tartar (quite complicated dish as for me) was very good. Breakfast buffet (which is served on weekends) is recommendable: very rich and tasty. WC is sparkling clean.

Super Location

A very nice and fine restaurant with a great view on lake Wörthsee! The fish (Saibling/ char) in combination with one of the few tasty house wines was delicious, but me and my friends had to way something about 30-40 minutes for it due to many other guests at that time, unfortunately. If you have enough time to wait a little longer than usual, than I can totally recommend this restaurant.

nice outdoor location but pricey

The location is great with a nice view on the lake. The food is ok but pricey and not sophisticated at all. We had a terrible service. We waited 15min for 2 espressos. The waiter first smashed a beer glass on our table without a word of excuse and poorly cleaned it. At the end, he barged about us not giving at tip, in a virulent and unpleasant manner. Avoid it.

Very nice restaurant ?

Awesome place by the lake with very cheap parking and really delicious food. The reason why it only got three stars from me is because I ordered a not cheap tortellini (13 euros) and the portion was very small for that price. The friends I was with told me that the night before they had the same with almost the double of portion! I asked asked the waiter if it was a mistake and all I got was: I'm not the cook, I dont know! ?? Pitty for such a nice place.

Nice, fast and contemporary. Advance booking for evening meal on weekends is recommended.

Perfectly situated with a great view over the beautiful Wörthsee lake. Was refurbished last year to high standard. It can get very busy, so booking is advisable, and the service can be a bit slow on busy days, so be prepared to wait. Limited parking is available for free.
